With over two decades of hands-on leadership across high-stakes industries, Darrin Kittelson brings a rare blend of grit, operational expertise, and executive vision. He spent seven years serving in the fire service, where split-second decisions and team cohesion under extreme pressure became second nature. That foundation was strengthened by a decade in commercial construction, managing complex projects, multimillion-dollar budgets, and large crews in fast-paced, safety-critical environments.For the past fifteen years, he has operated at the upper-management and executive level in oil & gas and environmental services, turning around underperforming operations, building high-performing teams, and scaling organizations from regional players to recognized industry leaders. He has guided companies through rapid growth phases, navigated complex regulatory landscapes, and consistently delivered bottom-line results while maintaining an unwavering focus on safety, people, and long-term sustainability.
Ivan E. Mariscal Ríos is an operator, builder, and strategist dedicated to turning ideas into real, profitable outcomes. His background spans business strategy, environmental services, sales, and large-scale project execution, giving him full-spectrum capability to take any initiative from concept to completion. Today, he drives high-level strategy, operations, and growth across logistics, trucking, and environmental decommissioning—leading teams, optimizing systems, and moving major projects from blueprint to finish line. Before stepping into executive leadership, he built his foundation in business development, sales, and field operations, sharpening his ability to solve problems fast, coordinate people, and deliver under pressure. He moves with urgency, thinks with precision, and builds with intention. Execution isn’t just what he does—it’s who he is.
A Pacific Northwest native from Washington State, Amadeo Kittelson studied Finance at Washington State University. After WSU, he headed south to Texas, where he spent two years working in the environmental industry. He then shifted into personal finance, guiding clients through options trading and dividend-focused investment strategies to build long-term wealth. Today, he serves as Chief Financial Officer of Vektra Corp, leading all financial operations and strategy for the fast-growing company.
Scott Thomason was born and raised in Odessa, Texas, deep in the Permian Basin, and is well versed in the energy sector. Now living in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife of 25 years he now brings leadership and expertise to Vektra Corp in recycling, resale, and project management in the energy industry. Scott moves fast, thinks sharp, and executes with relentless precision.
